1. Kemko does not require a contract to begin services.

2. Kemko also guarantees our work to the extent that we will do what it takes to satisfy our customers.

3. We will return in between regularly scheduled services to treat for weeds at the customers request at no cost. If a service is skipped, however, we can not guarantee that the lawn be free of weeds because of the missed important application.
